We, at Kontrast restaurants bring you a variety of dishes from North Indian kitchen, specifically from Punjab. You can enjoy the warmth of Punjabi cuisine with a variety of beverages. Our food reflects the very attributes of the people in Punjab, known as Punjabis: rich, robust and full of life. Characterized by bold textures, hearty ingredients and Punjab’s earthly heritage of lush green fields, and prepared with passion and love, our cuisine is not only delicious, but also a lot more nutritious, flavorful and probably the most colorful of all cuisines in India.
We also offer catering
We offer catering services too in the restaurant where it can be up to 100 people. The menu will be designed according to the need, or we can provide the set menu prices. We also deliver the food at your place for catering.
Lunch:
Feast on the Indian platter (Thali) consisting a fulfilling lunch for the day during the weekdays (Monday to Friday) during lunch hours from 11:30 to 15:00. The platter has a healthy combination of curries, along with rice, yoghurt sauce, salad, pickles and bread. At an unbelievable price of 99kr., you get to choose from the variety of options we change everyday. If you are a regular guest, you’d definitely want to know what is new every other day. We have the options from chicken, beef and vegetarian during the lunch. P.S, There are good options for vegetarians and vegans.
À la carte:
Post lunch hours during the weekdays and the whole day during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday), you choose your food from the wide range of Indian classics and street food menu. You take for your favorites from chicken, lamb, beef, vegetarian or shrimps and fish curries.
Drinks:
We have a good range of soft beverages, including the freshly made “Mango Lassi”, which is a very common Indian drink, made out of fresh mango pulp and yoghurt. It is the smoothie that contrasts the regular ones you’ve tried. Besides, we have a good range of beers from the draught and the bottles. The spirits to bring you in good spirits are available on display. Also, there are some very good cocktails too.

Life has to be a celebration. However, most of us get busy with the mundane realities. Thank goodness there are some festivals to let us forget our worldly duties for some time, and let us relax with some good food and drinks. We celebrate along with you with good food, drinks, surreal scenic view around and under the vibes of soothing music. The themes of the food and drinks served change accordingly. Along with some global festivals and celebrations, we have the Indian festivals you’d like to be the part of. We try our best to bring the festive mood by recreating the atmosphere. Diwali: The celebration of flowers, lights, and of course good food. We invite the guests from all religious and non-religious backgrounds around the world to be the part of it and witness the warmth of good Indian cuisine, being together with the loved ones. Nobody is alone in the festival. We take the honor of accompanying you if you are all by yourself and feeling left out. Watch out for our specialized Indian platter (Thaali) that consists of a variety of cookeries during the time.
Valentine’s Day: Celebrate with your loved ones with some specific offers on the appetizers and some cocktails/mocktails to suit the personality of your beloveds.
Halloween: Celebrate the Halloween-themed menu on the day. Don’t be amused if you are served by some skeletons, or some super villains on the very day. We’d be very inspired if you decide to turn up on some specific attires to mark the day. Halloween-themed drinks are something to look forward to, besides the food.
Midsommer: We reckon you’d be happy in your own celebrations within or outside the family. However, we like to celebrate the eve with you too, should you decide to come and dine in the evening.
Christmas Eve: We commemorate the Christmas eve with some good Christmas-inspired food (obviously) and some drinks. We like to create the vibe of the festival, and make you feel home (if you are away).
New Year’s Day: The first day to check upon your resolutions, has to start with a bang. We invite you to welcome the new year with the new-found spirits to live and enjoy life.
